Own Your Truth Live is a full-day immersive experience designed to help men become more centred, connected and confident. It blends lived experience, emotional intelligence, practical tools and real conversation in a way that feels human, grounded and genuinely useful.

What happens on the day

One powerful day.
Four transformational sessions.

The Own Your Truth live format has been built around a four-part journey designed to help people understand themselves more deeply and change how they live, lead and connect.

Session 1: Awareness
Identify, connect with and express what you are really feeling. Explore what you love to do, identify strengths, and begin rebuilding self-worth. Includes breathwork and emotional awareness tools.

Session 2: Identity and truth
Learn the power of "I AM", quiet negative self-talk, detach from fear, align with your values, and strengthen the people around you.  

Session 3: Boundaries and energy
Work through healthy boundaries, better decision-making, daily rituals, play, and how to create more energy and less internal friction.

Session 4: Reset and integration
Prioritise yourself, recalibrate, and take home practical wellbeing tools drawn from the 7 Doctors framework and the Own Your Truth daily guide.
